Compensation includes leasing commissions on a 3-tier structure ($23–$28/hr). Base pay is complemented by performance incentives, with meaningful opportunities for professional growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work weekends.
• A valid driver’s license is required; no comparable alternative transportation options can reasonably fulfill the role.
