The role emphasizes fair housing compliance, CRM discipline, and close collaboration with the Property Manager to stay aligned with market trends and rent growth objectives. A customer-facing background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Multi-family residential experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Yardi or similar PM software; MS Office.
• Knowledge of California fair housing laws.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to manage multiple files.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue through prospect engagement and tours.
• Process applications and ensure fair housing compliance.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs; maintain CRM records.
• Maintain move-in/move-out checklists in Yardi within 72 hours.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on pricing and market trends.
