Job summary

Abode Services, one of the Bay Area's leading nonprofits ending homelessness, seeks a Leasing Specialist in San Francisco County. You will be the face of leasing, guiding move-ins and relocations, and coordinating occupancy with the Senior Property Manager.

Strong communication and bilingual Spanish are a plus. You will manage tours, screenings, and orientation, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate occupancy records while collaborating with referring agencies and staff to meet occupancy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of apartment leasing experience in affordable and/or supportive housing or similar occupancy roles.
• Flexible hours including some weekends/evenings; valid CA driver’s license with reliable transport.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leasing and occupancy contact for move-ins and relocations.
• Schedule tours, screenings, and orientation appointments; coordinate with partners.
• Maintain occupancy records and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Compile and verify applicant/resident files to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with referring agencies to ensure timely and smooth occupancy processes.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
