Job summary

Ansel Apartments, managed by Align Real Estate Management LLC, seeks a Leasing Agent in San Francisco, CA to drive revenue by converting qualified prospects, conducting tours, and managing the full resident lifecycle from application to move-in.

At Ansel, a 160-unit community in Hayes Valley, you will help sustain rent growth, maintain high occupancy, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles; multi-family experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Proficiency in Yardi or comparable property management software; Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of California fair housing laws and regulations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy at or above 95% through prospect engagement and follow-up.
• Conduct structured property tours with high guest satisfaction scores.
• Respond to inquiries within one business day and keep CRM up to date.
