ArtHaus Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Oakland to drive leasing velocity and deliver best-in-class customer interactions. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to move-in and renewal, ensuring high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include property tours, timely follow-up, application processing, and collaboration with marketing to maximize occupancy and referrals. Occasional weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing coursework preferred.
1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills; weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional property tours highlighting features and value.
Log all leads and activities in Yardi and EliseAI; follow up within 24 hours.
Process rental applications, verify eligibility, and prepare lease documentation.
Support renewal efforts to achieve renewal targets; maintain occupancy goals.
Coordinate marketing outreach and resident engagement to drive referrals and retention.
