Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure move-in readiness with coordination from the maintenance team.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive occupancy while maintaining show units to company standards. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/leasing and resident relations.
• Familiarity with marketing to drive occupancy and renewals.
• Ability to use property management software to track data and leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect and prepare show units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
