Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dynamic leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across multi-site communities. Based primarily at the Sedgefield office, the role requires reliable transportation to travel between locations and ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will lead touring, applications, credit checks, and lease signings while staying informed about market conditions and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic and renewals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and prepare move-in packages.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities using online tools.
• Use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and manage data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions.
• Support lease renewals with timely renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries.
