Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Coordinator for Sailboat Bay in Raleigh, NC. The role oversees leasing and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, including tours, applications, credit checks, and move‑in processing.

Responsibilities include marketing implementation, unit inspections, and maintaining relationships with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit screening, and lease signings.
• Inspects apartments prior to move‑in and ensures units are move‑in ready.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using online tools and referrals.
• Uses on‑site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner concerns and documents requests.
