Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Inspect units to ensure an optimal move-in experience for residents.
• Showcase community features aligned with prospect needs and timelines.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with potential and current residents.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events and promotions.
