Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate for a 278-unit community in Chula Vista, CA. You will coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

Witten schedule includes weekend availability, 9am–6pm; 1–2 years leasing experience and CRM familiarity preferred. Onsite management software (OneSite, Yardi) is used to track availability and lease activity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required
• CRM platform experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package
• Follow up with prospects and residents to encourage renewals
• Maintain and update resident data and track traffic using on-site software
• Coordinate marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy
