Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing activities, show apartments, process applications, and secure renewals. The role emphasizes delivering strong customer service and coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

Eligible for incentive-based bonuses, with a focus on achieving occupancy and revenue targets at the San Jose community. Required 1–2 years of leasing experience, valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations, and proficiency with property management

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leasing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Lead property tours, process applications, conduct credit checks and lease signings.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance before move-in.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize retention.
• Maintain data in OnSite/Yardi and ensure showroom quality.
