Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 220-unit community in Mountain View. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals, while maintaining show units and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize lease conversions.
Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
