Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site leasing professional in San Antonio to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will manage leasing processes, tours, applications, and background checks while coordinating marketing activity and show unit presentation.

Daily duties include follow-up with prospects and residents, processing renewals, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure show-ready units. Strong communication and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and implement marketing plans.
• Strong focus on occupancy, revenue, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, and prepare leases.
• Execute on-site marketing plans and online campaigns to drive traffic and traffic conversion.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate with maintenance for cleanliness and readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure decisions and maximize renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
