Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will maintain property show units, use on-site software to track activity, and follow up with prospects and renewing residents to secure leases. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, screen applicants, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Track traffic and leasing activity using on-site management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and maintain clean, appealing spaces.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure decisions to lease or renew.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and notifying renewing residents.
