Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management fields preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct site presentations and lease apartments, demonstrate property and amenities.
• Explain lease and community policies to residents.
• Maintain occupancy by monitoring vacancies and following up with prospects.
• Prepare and explain leasing documents and collect security deposits and rent.
• Complete move‑in orientation and ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and manage service requests with the team.
