Job summary

Bryten's Breezes at Palm-Aire community in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents, conduct tours, process applications, and support occupancy goals.

You will work on-site, greet residents, handle inquiries, manage leases, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with maintenance while complying with Fair Housing laws. High school diploma required; college degree preferred; leasing experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leasing experience or related field encouraged.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site) preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities.
• Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from inquiry to move-in.
• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Supporting resident retention through outstanding service and community engagement.
• Maintaining organized resident files, records, and leasing documentation.
• Coordinating with maintenance to ensure high standards in community appearance.
• Assisting marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Promoting a welcoming, inclusive community environment.
