Brookfield Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Florida to deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents. You will conduct tours, present community details, and guide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

You’ll work with the onsite team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain knowledge of current rents and promotions. The role requires energy, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service or Hospitality preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing experience.
• Show apartments, schedule tours, and encourage online applications to convert interest into leases.
• Manage leads and follow up using the CRM; complete move-in procedures per established policies.
