Job summary

ZRS Management in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, explain available properties, and negotiate leases. The role includes conducting tours, promoting communities, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

You will work with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals, respond to inquiries, and support reporting and customer service initiatives. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct tours.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and prepare paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Plan and conduct resident events with the Property Manager.
• Uphold fair housing, ethics, and company policies.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
