Job summary

FCI Residential in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a leasing professional to manage the leasing process from prospect to occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• English required (bi-lingual a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure leasing office, tour path, model apartment, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is impeccable.
• Sell the community’s features and services to prospects with thorough product knowledge.
• Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases.
• Ensure guest’s information is complete and entered in the property management software and follow up is completed for prospects.
• Accurately prepare and have thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork.
• Continuously review performance reports weekly and use data to improve leasing.
• Manage and resolve resident concerns including maintenance requests.
• Engage in marketing and assist with developing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads.
• Plan, organize and attend resident functions.
• Create content for social media.
• Prepare market surveys monthly and visit competitors’ properties twice yearly.
• Assist in placing/removing banners and signs.
• General clerical duties and knowledge of management policies.
