Chamberlin + Associates seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect and resident experience. You will manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in by conducting discovery conversations, presenting apartment homes, and guiding applicants through the application process.

Success requires strong communication, rapport-building, and consistent follow-up. The role also supports resident retention, market awareness, and adherence to Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and convert leads to tours.
• Conduct property tours and present available units.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and meet monthly targets.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in documentation in compliance with policy.
• Maintain records in PM software and support compliance with fair housing laws.
