Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will guide prospects from first contact through move-in, presenting homes, handling applications, and coordinating with the team.

The role requires strong communication, rapport-building, and follow-up, plus flexibility to work weekends. Experience in leasing or sales and familiarity with property management software like Yardi or RealPage is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, MS Office, and learning property management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends when leasing activity peaks.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads to tours.
• Conduct engaging property tours and connect prospects to available units.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in documentation in compliance with policy.
• Maintain accurate prospect and applicant records in the PMS.
