Bridge Property Management seeks a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to drive leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. You will support resident satisfaction and help achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals across the community.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with property management systems; weekend work may be required to meet leasing targets and guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and closing skills.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Experience with CRM and property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead and prospect records in the property management system.
