AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and maintain positive resident relations. You will market, lease, and support resident needs to ensure high occupancy and retention.

Responsibilities include showings, leasing documentation, and outreach marketing while coordinating with the Property Manager and maintenance teams. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in apartment leasing and/or sales preferred.
• Experience in customer service or related industry a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with property management software (ResMan) and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsabilités

• Perform all sales and leasing activities (greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities).
• Ensure the property and show units meet the company’s marketing/leasing standards; communicate upkeep needs with Property Manager and Maintenance Team.
• Record all telephone and in-person traffic according to policy.
• Ensure application, lease, and move-in processes are completed according to policy.
• Manage move-out and renewal processes in accordance with policy.
• Use on-site property software to track availability and updates.
• Monitor market trends and prepare market surveys to inform pricing and occupancy strategies.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the property.
• Conduct outreach marketing and record all marketing efforts.
• Utilize internet marketing (Craig’s List, Google, etc.) to attract prospects.
• Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.
