Job summary

Middleburg Communities in Summerville, SC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process and assist with resident relations. You will tour properties, qualify prospects, show apartments to standards, and prepare move‑in paperwork.

The role requires excellent communication and a customer‑focused approach. You'll use RealPage or similar software to track availability and leasing activities, conduct market surveys, and support renewal programs.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• RealPage experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, maintaining lists of available apartments, responding to inquiries, qualifying prospects, showing apartments to company standards, and preparing move‑in paperwork.
• Generate interest by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities and details.
• Maintain market knowledge and conduct regular market surveys and shop analyses.
• Use RealPage and OneSite or similar software to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leasing decisions and renewals.
