Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a Leasing position responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while coordinating with maintenance for unit readiness.

Role involves credit checks, show unit upkeep, and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and preparing lease packages.
• Credit screening and background checks for applicants.
• Maintaining show units and marketing interiors to Greystar standards.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any needed maintenance with the team.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
