Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is actively seeking a Multifamily Leasing Specialist in Charlotte, NC. The role drives occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects from outreach to lease signing, coordinating tours, applications, and move-in processes.

You will perform market research and maintain high resident satisfaction through proactive communications. The ideal candidate has 1 year of onsite property management experience, proficiency with PM software, CRM, and digital marketing, plus working knowledge of MS

Qualifications

• 1 year onsite property management experience
• Proficient with PM software, digital marketing, and CRM
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, follow up via calls and emails, process applications, and oversee background/credit checks through property management software.
• Inspect move-in ready apartments and tour routes daily, coordinate maintenance repairs, set up model units, and assemble lease packages for new residents.
• Track competitor and market trends to design and execute outreach strategies, social media campaigns, resident referral programs, and specials to boost occupancy.
• Manage the lease renewal workflow, promptly resolve resident questions and concerns, and execute touchpoints to maintain resident satisfaction.
