Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, greet prospects, screen applications, and prepare move-in packages.
• Inspect units prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute online marketing, referrals, and employer outreach to drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activity using site software and maintain records.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals; assist with renewals as needed.
