Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Coordinator to drive the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts in Oregon. You'll perform leasing activities, greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy, coordinating with maintenance, and using OneSite/Yardi to manage data. You’ll also handle renewals and post-lease follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales and property knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for ready units.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, and use internet tools to attract residents.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to secure lease decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
