Qualifications

• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Follow policies on concessions, specials, and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Maintain leasing office setup for daily activity and show units.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal communications and document processing.
