Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewals at one of its Beaverton, Oregon communities. The role focuses on achieving occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and timely lease renewals through proactive prospecting, tours, and smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include handling applications, credit checks, and coordinating with maintenance for move-in readiness, while leveraging online marketing tools and on-site software to track activity.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans, utilize online platforms to drive traffic, and follow company policies on concessions.
• Use property management software to track availability and lease activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; engage renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and coordinate resolutions.
