Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Beaverton, Oregon community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease documents to drive occupancy and revenue.

This role requires vigilance in maintaining show units, following marketing plans, and ensuring a smooth move-in process while meeting company standards for show quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare leases.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with timely documentation.
