Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue in Westminster, CO. You will manage leasing activities, conduct tours, screen applicants and prepare lease packages, ensuring a smooth move-in.

You will also design marketing plans, drive web and referral traffic, and use OneSite or Yardi to track prospects and occupancy while maintaining show units to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities: tours, applications, screenings and lease signings.
• Maintain show units and communicate maintenance needs.
• Develop short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute resident referrals and employer outreach programs.
