Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community in Westminster, CO. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include maintaining show units, executing marketing plans, using onsite software, and driving occupancy while supporting renewal processes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Leads leasing activities: greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, move-in packages, and lease signings.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and ensures move-in readiness; coordinates maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows programs to boost occupancy.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, data, and traffic.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease signings and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and processing documents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner concerns and documents requests.
