Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a Virginia community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and oversee move-ins while coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure show units meet standards.

You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software to track traffic, leases, and resident data. Team collaboration and a strong guest-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• Greystar leasing role requires greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit and background checks, and lease signing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to maintain resident satisfaction and renewals.
• Ability to monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Design and implement marketing plans, drive traffic to the community, and manage show units to meet occupancy targets.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Execute lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate with renewing residents.
