Job summary

Greystar in Virginia Beach is seeking an on-site Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

The role involves driving occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, resident satisfaction, and timely lease renewals, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and company programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and coordinating renewals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct community tours and process applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Perform credit and background screening, prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in, coordinate maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns and document requests.
