Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Enjoys providing excellent service and being helpful.
• Great with people, warm and friendly in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing correspondence.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by ensuring Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and present the community and apartments.
• Answer incoming leasing calls and determine needs and preferences.
• Close the sale and follow up with prospects.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Keep tour path clean to make a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team members and residents.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
