Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience; property management is a plus.
• Must endure walking, bending, stairs, and prolonged standing.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; EOE.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally to residents and vendors.
• Show apartments and conduct lease tours to maintain occupancy.
• Execute a marketing plan and manage social media updates.
• Collaborate with Community Director and team to meet service standards.
• Assist with deposits, payments, and renewal leases.
• Support outreach marketing and weekly social media updates.
