Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a leasing professional to show and lease apartments, provide outstanding customer service, and execute a marketing plan for the community. You will update social media under guidance and work with the Community Director to meet occupancy and service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Weekend work and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience; property management is a plus.
• Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints.
• Execute a marketing plan and update social media accounts under the Community Director.
• Work as part of a team to meet service standards set by the Community Director.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate with residents, vendors, and the public.
• Oversee open/close procedures and ensure the property is clean and ready for tours.
• Complete applicant screening, process leases, and collect deposits/payments.
• Support renewal processes and prepare renewal leases for signatures.
