Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a leasing agent to show and lease apartments, ensuring occupancy targets are met. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle resident concerns, and execute a marketing plan including social media updates under the Community Director’s guidance.

The role requires 1-3 years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 2-3 weekends per month, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience. Property management experience is a plus!
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work 2-3 weekends a month.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents to maintain occupancy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints.
• Execute a marketing plan and update social media accounts under the direction of the Community Director.
• Work as a team to meet Woodward Management Partners' customer service standards and Community Director expectations.
• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times and maintain courtesy with residents, vendors and the public.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and ADA as well as city/state rules.
