Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Promontory Point community in Austin, TX. The role focuses on information provision, on-site tours, and leasing apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent resident service.

You will maximize occupancy, stay knowledgeable on unit specs and rates, handle resident requests via Yardi, and greet clients professionally in line with Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
