Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to provide information, onsite tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent resident service.

You will participate in leasing and marketing efforts, know apartment specs, handle inquiries, and greet clients in a welcoming, Fair Housing–compliant manner, supporting occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and explain rent and unit details.
• Process resident communications and service requests using the system and coordinate with the Service Team.
• Greet clients and residents in a friendly, welcoming manner in compliance with Fair Housing.
