Mission Rock Residential, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Georgetown, TX. This role focuses on leasing apartments, conducting onsite tours, and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

You will handle inquiries, present community features, and process service requests to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The position requires 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, basic math skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Leasing and marketing the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects.
• Process resident communications including service requests using Yardi and relay to the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly, compliant manner with Fair Housing considerations.
