Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a leasing assistant in Casper, WY to collect deposits, process applications, and ensure model units are ready for showings. You will apply strong customer service and sales techniques while maintaining a clean workspace and up-to-date knowledge of lease terms and policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect a deposit and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability,Market conditions, and policies.
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Coordinate outreach marketing to compare properties.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
