Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features to secure leases.
• Collect deposits and process applications.

• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for information materials.
• Market properties and conduct outreach to source leads.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and manage ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances about the property or residents.
• Address resident requests and resolve issues courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
