Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Denver area. You will greet clients, present community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified prospects while delivering superior customer service and sales techniques.

You will manage deposits, applications, and ensure model units are ready for tours, maintaining knowledge of lease terms, policies, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present apartment features to secure leases.
• Collect deposits and process applications for future residents.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitor property visits.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
