Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant in American Fork, Utah. You will greet clients, present community features, and secure leases from qualified applicants while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining model apartments, knowing lease terms, conducting outreach marketing, and assisting with resident retention. AMC offers competitive pay, benefits, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Organized with attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Collect a deposit and process future residents’ applications
• Ensure the model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, market conditions, and policies
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs
• Create new move-in resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
