Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Akron, OH, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support resident interactions, conduct tours, and drive leasing goals at a conventional property. You’ll collaborate with the Property Manager to deliver exceptional service and meet daily responsibilities in a full‑time role.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry in Entrata, prompt follow‑ups, and a proactive approach to marketing, events, and resident experience, with a focus on compliant lease execution.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily experience a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite or RealPage preferred; Excel skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to leasing targets and team goals.
• Greet and engage prospects to build rapport.
• Provide tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Confidently close leases by addressing objections and highlighting benefits.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Enter and maintain lead data in Entrata; follow up with warm calls and emails.
• Understand site leasing trends to guide prospects toward leasing decisions.
• Keep office, model units, clubhouse, and common areas clean and maintained.
• Support community marketing, resident events, and reputation management.
• Guide applicants through the application process and ensure lease accuracy.
• Collect move-in fees and process paperwork.
• Provide day-to-day resident support and handle service requests.
• Maintain waitlists and communicate updates to prospects.
