Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing efforts and daily resident interactions at Quincy Lofts. You will help create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while achieving individual and team leasing goals, reporting to the Property Manager.

The role emphasizes quick response to inquiries, conducting tours, guiding applicants through the lease process, and maintaining readiness of model units and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions (PA, IL, NJ, IA).
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to individual and team leasing targets, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents, creating memorable first impressions.
• Provide tours highlighting property features and benefits tailored to each prospect.
• Close leasing by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, or in person within 24 hours.
