Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a full-time Leasing Consultant at our Etna, OH community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, answer questions, and guide applicants through the lease process under the supervision of the Property Manager.

You’ll manage inquiries, maintain lead data in Entrata, support community marketing, and ensure exceptional resident service. Previous multifamily leasing is preferred; strong computer skills and reliability are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain required state/local licenses.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage.
• Strong computer literacy and quick learner of new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects and build rapport to start leasing conversations.
• Provide property tours and tailor to prospect needs.
• Close leases by addressing objections and guiding applicants.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Enter and maintain lead data in Entrata; follow up with warm outreach.
• Support community marketing and resident event planning.
• Ensure model units and common areas are well maintained.
• Facilitate the application process and document lease execution.
