Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours in person or virtually.
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close leases, obtain signatures and provide orientation.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Resolve resident issues promptly to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Generate leads and conduct tours to meet leasing goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests promptly.
